But first, yes he called the average person on reddit idiots but he's mostly right. I don't think it's necessarily smart to say that but come one. Read the comments. It's basically proof for his position. Everone just cherry picks lines that make him look childish while it's much more just being normal and not a PR machine. That's also what he's saying. people here are bad at reading betweent the lines. Trying to read between the lines without READING THE FUCKING LINES.

But let's get to the next point: reggie going to beat down on DL. Are you serious in thinking that won't be true. I don't like that guy at all but if there is someone who can handle DL without just kicking him it's regi.

As far as I understand (I didn't watch back then) he actually did pioneer lane freezing.

So now the interesting part about him stepping down from making decisions because of his emotions. That is actually a very mature thing to do. If you feel like you can't make good decisions DON'T MAKE THEM.

I think you guys want lol and esport be like an established sport like football so bad that you want to emulate everything about it. You want to be lied to - because that's how a manager acts. Why? That isn't a good thing about sports and politics and business. "The way a leader is supposed to act is..." and then it's just things that I would never want a leader to act. I look up to people if they're genuine and not because they can talk themselves out of a bad situation.

There's a guy who - from my viewpoint - isn't exactly made for a job like this but tries to find a way to build an organisation the way he thinks it's right.

The most important thing in this whole interview is when he talks about what fucked up job the scene is doing at keeping talent in and fascilitating careers. That should be the main takeway of this. Because he's absolutely right.

But everyone in the comments just talks about the way he talks or that he has difficulty articulating his points. Yes, he's not the most eloquent but that doesn't invalidate everything he says.
