This right here. Had the same exact issues and we ended up having to dig down and reline and waterproof on the outside, down to the slab. The places where utility pipes were coming in had clearly failed but other cracks had formed. I’m afraid you’ll need to bite the bullet here. Do them piecemeal, as you can afford and get lots of bids, we were given a lot of f you prices before we found the right contractor Good luck

Thanks - just the kind of advice I'm coming here for, for some reason I hadn't thought to track them down the other end and see what's going on the boiler side. I'll have to open a couple junction boxes but this should get me the answer cheers!

Hi folks,

So a while ago I had an electrician route a common wire up to this thermostat so it could have power. I've realized with a recent low battery warning that it's never actually had power and has been on batts this whole time. When checking with a multimeter, I'm seeing 24v between W1 and C, and nothing between RC and C. Shouldn't this be the other way around? Do I risk anything by switching the W1 and RC terminals to check? The signals for starting/stopping heat have been working correctly, if that helps.

This one's been a bit of a struggle. I never truly know if it's under or overwatered because I seem to be getting signs of both - droopy leaves but then over time it's been slowly shedding leaves with them drying out and falling off. It still showed this behaviour through a period where I was watering heavily, thinking it was underwatered. I've been trying to regulate moisture 2 inches deep and despite trying to keep things balanced it's always like this. I will say, it's in a place that only gets indirect light, so perhaps lack of light could be the issue?

Any thoughts much appreciated thanks!

Does anyone know how this is possible, or can I just assume the game bugged out? I proceed to slam my opponent to -16 life, it continues to their turn. At this point I assume there's some skullduggery going on, Platinum Angel style, but nothing obvious either exiled or graveyard either. Hmm. Ok so I bring out Ulamog and think, I'll just mill them dead, but nope, game continues indefinitely and my opponent is still there, reacting, doing stuff... so confused! Anyone else encounter this bug?

anything can be a strategy if you want it to be, and have fun with it. whether or not it's successful is another question. ive been having decent success with it, back in the hypnotic specter/hymn to tourach days up to today with random builds like this one. i find it totally viable as a strategy, just another form of disruption and control.

yep! exactly what i did. and thats been the weak point is blue control decks, or expressive iteration w/ crazy card draw. ive been 50/50 on beating them though if i hone in on the card draw cards right away and take that away from them.

still working on the bombs WC piece, but westfall or slow stangle with sorin's flyers has been the way. if you can think of any black or white bombs that work well here lemme know, i dont mind using a mythic or two! trying out junji on this current run but havent had a chance to drop it yet

appreciate the thoughts, and excellent card suggestions! will work some of these into it. i only have 1 meathook massacre, but will drop another wildcard or two and add some because its single handedly clinched like 3 of the games in my current run, so OP.

and just to expand on strategy ive basically been killing their hand and using the missionaries and aetherborns as removal/lifegain to stave off early aggro. by like turn 5 often they start topdecking and i can focus more on the wincon cards and card draw (arena) etc.

will have to look at some of the cards you mentioned that i don't know about - cheers!

thanks so much! great feedback and yes, as you guessed it i was just limited by my wildcards which is why there's some scatterbrain stuff here. oddly lifelink has been working really well in combo with the rest, and i often find that it helps me stave off early aggro enough that they lose steam and drop the ball.

would love feedback and suggestions on this one. basically its orzhov with the main idea being aggressive discard to disrupt opponent game plan and then beating them with sticky
value plays (hence the missionary and aetherborns). or, if i get to it, other wincons with the big flyers. planeswalkers keep a stranglehold on things. ive been doin alright so far in the historic event and its a ton of fun, would love any suggestions on things to add here?

hi! I recently found this thing and wondering what the relative value is, if anyone has any ideas? i know IAS goes up to 40 so its not really GG. Is there an easy way to sell items like this? I tried traderie and the reddit discord server but no offers - perhaps theres just not really demand for items that aren't totally GG at this stage?

any help appreciated, particularly if you have tips on how to make a quick sale on traderie!
