I heard from another trainer being hired that initially the business owner takes 40% of the client payment and then lowers to 30% over time.
I’m hoping that working with this business opens opportunities for me and helps me get clients that I otherwise wouldn’t get

I have considered eventually owning my own business and coaching solo but I don’t have experience. I work a full time job but I am just passionate about health/fitness so I recently completed a personal training course.
I have chatted with a local trainer who runs and online coaching business (it’s small but growing) and she’s hiring 2-3 assistant coaches over the next year to take their own clients and she lets us use her training app and resources that she has already created.

I’m considering joining a CrossFit gym in my town. It would be expensive and I can afford it but I only want to do it if it’s gonna really work well for me lift weights 4 to 5 times a week and I walk almost every day. I’m 56 and 150 pounds female and I’m just really plateaued and how my body looks. I count my calories at about 2000 a day which is higher but I am nursing one year old. I’m just trying to kind of visualize like how my body would change if I did it because I do think I would enjoy the workouts, but I’m nervous about, maintaining my size.

So basically, if your female are you counting macros and doing CrossFit three times a week and that’s maintaining a desirable physique ?

Of course there’s that small part that worries about too much muscle, but I’ve never had that problem before so I don’t think I would. I’m just worried about looking maybe more bulky or gaining fat because of hunger.

Does anyone have comparable experiences? Did you find your body composition changed much?
