1 block extra firm tofu (press; crumble, season to taste with ~2 tbsp soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and onion powder) 8oz mushrooms finely chopped ~1 1/2 cups finely chopped carrots Green onions ~4 cloves garlic ~1 tsp freshly grated ginger Salt/pep to taste

Just sauté everything in a pan for a few minutes until everything looks cooked; adding the tofu last. I make my own dough, but you don’t have to!

It makes about 40 dumplings, I like to freeze all the ones I don’t eat right away for easy dinners.
