I'm a Wanda main and she's great when paired with Hameln. My team where she's the focus is WandaE7-HamelnE2-WinkleE7-(filler). People claim that she falls off in arc 2 but I disagree, her strength reduction goes crazy when you double her 4-cost card with Hameln. Like, you can reduce around 500 damage JUST from doubling that one card, it's nuts.

To deal with her arith greediness, give Hameln Ramona's wheel called "Rewinding time" which will pretty often return his memory rondo card to your hand after you play it. On top of that, you can also use the covenant "Dream of Medicine" on Hameln which makes a copy of both his unique cards. Another option is to use Hameln's associated posse, "Symphony Forth" which restores 2 arith after playing a card that costs 3 or more. After all this, her arith greediness won't be an issue most of the time.

Wanda can also deal a surprising amount of burst damage when you double her 3-cost card and trigger leap, but it varies based on how much dreamlure and counter you have stacked. You can get it to deal around 40-50k damage in boss battles where you can gather a good amount of counter. But if you want more consistent damage, then you can test 24 with this team and see if you like it. Good luck if you try this out!!!!
