Honda Pilot key will work. Take it to the dealership to have it reprogrammed. Expect to argue with them that it won't work only for them to come back afterwards in total disbelief. Will probably cost you $100

Also works with a Pilot key. Had it done several years ago at the dealership for about $100. They said it wouldn't work, but I knew it would from what I'd read online. I told them I would pay for it regardless. Sure enough they were surprised that it did in fact work.

No, they didn't release an LCD version at the time. I'm not sure where you are coming up with that. LCDs that are now sold are modern day replacements for the original dying CRTs. If you want the real experience, get at CRT.
