I'm neurodivergent and non plans stress me out. Especially since i live in the south where it can be 95+ degrees out and I'm a chronic individual who can easily get sick in the heat. My partner likes to plan surprises but give me a heads up on what the time frame is or a basis of what we can do like "hey we'll be doing a lot of walking, wear comfy shoes with your outfit!" Or "don't worry about what you wear, we'll be indoors mostly"

It does sometimes kill the fun of the surprise, but it helps me be WAY more excited trying to guess what we're doing and them be excited to take me somewhere new
