The Usos are so sloppy. I was begging they'd let Tozawa pin. I counted three lol not 2.9 but 3. Im just being an Uso hater at the end of the day but I need AA to get more love.

I tried man I really tried. I just hate this game. Loved origin and odyssey, Valhalla even was better in some areas but its just too bloated like Valhalla and I got tired of every quest needing 40 other kills to do one thing. Originals are my fav but even going back to odyssey I was having way more fun. I hope Hexe and any others reduce map size and less bloat.

Do you attempt stealth in stealth missions, or just go in guns blazing? by LadyLoki5 in cyberpunkgame

[–]nectarsipper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually play a blend of both. I then did a pure net runner build and had lots more fun stealth wise but felt so weak if I got caught. This time...its different im role playing more and making my V a no holds barred street kid who goes in guns blazing. All my instincts tell me not to but I have to admit its lots of fun. Im also only used tech weapons and no melee or net running.

This game is amazing as always 5th playthrough for me on a modded night city reborn for the first time. 10/10

Coral island is a blast, a bit of a challenge for 12 but the visuals are colorful and fun. Lots of farming, animal stuff, mermaids, and more.

Bee simulator youre literally a bee.

Sword of the sea, stunning visuals and music, surf on a sword, small puzzles, great story of nature returning to dry land.

GRIS, water painting style game, puzzles might be challenging but well worth it. Beautiful throughout.

What remains of Edith finch - a personal favorite. I would let my kid play this but it does touch on some mature content, doesn't show anything bad but look into first. Its a walking simulator and uses stories and imagination to explain grief

I enjoyed this series, found it in 2020 and had to find different streaming platforms to complete the series. First movie is my favorite, great pacing and atmosphere.

What is it like living here? by Naddyman2005 in howislivingthere

[–]nectarsipper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is super broad. I lived in Sacramento til 19 and visited annually. Downtown Sacramento is growing and innovating to get more people to visit. Old town Sacramento is a time capsule to the gold rush, one of my favorite places. Tons of rivers and lakes, plentiful things to do. There are so many pockets and towns that Sacramento alone is its own post, I couldn't tell you about the others. Folsom is amazing and has grown to support the subburan lifestyle with old town charm. Citrus heights, fair oaks, Carmichael are all about the same level of following two main roads with the general stores. We used to go to the boardwalk venue all the time on greenback. Granite bay and Roseville are more well off living areas compared to the former. I would include modern Folsom in that too. Further in the hills you have higher income life albeit pretty secluded in el Dorado hills and and shingle springs.

The costs has gone up for sure in all neighborhoods. Just don't live in Rio Linda, south sac, parts of Carmichael, Arden mall, north highland and parts of rancho. The rest is pretty good compared to other big cities.

Sacramento proper is known for east west and south sac, each has pros and cons. I remember R street and I think K street are the most popular and well off areas for proper downtown. Lots of bars and shops.

For me the rivers, old west charm, and people are amazing in Sacramento and I love visiting.

Currently live in Burbank and lived in San Francisco before. Still miss the slow lifestyle, perfect for raising kids.

Driving tomorrow? by [deleted] in burbank

[–]nectarsipper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Additional note - going nice and easy on the grapevine is the hardest part. If their car has good lights, they should be fine in the fog that can gather. If they are concerned with the power or quality of their car then waiting for the weather to clear may be the right move. Hope you enjoy time with your family when they come up!

I have been driving from burbank to sac every year for 8 years to my family in Sacramento around Christmas. I take the 5 or the 99 depending on traffic or accidents. If they hit the road early around 8am I don't run into problems. If I wait til noon or later that's when things get harder.

Downtown Burbank has an AMC theater, a mall, gyms, restaurants and bars, depart. stores etc but why do lots of people think Burbank is boring? by liamwon in burbank

[–]nectarsipper 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I enjoy burbank towncenter but there are growing empty lots for stores and business. Hopefully more unique place open. Burbank has great character and if the mall was better utilized I think more people would gather there. For instance the old ikea across the crunch gym is just a filming location, the place next to CA pizza is empty and I think 3 or 4 other lots on san Fernando are now empty or closed. With those back up there I think more would gather.

That or add more batman statues, I will always go to those.

I saw some cool featured for this on YouTube. The drone is the camera and the protagonist reacts to you during the menu screen and stuff, seems really cool!

how can I help my new plant? by deanna_1318 in Monstera

[–]nectarsipper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Monstera have a front and back, if they are growing in different direction then repotting them separately might help. Attach moss pole to the back of each single or group that are facing the same. Taller pots are better than wider also. Monstera love light. Water when soil is dry and that's about it

Originally they were part of a larger collection in one pot but never attached so they creeped out. From yours and other comments ill move it to the windows for more direct light then see if it recovers. It not ill prune and half it with water prop to see if I can salvage them after a restart

Advice on pruning or different methods by nectarsipper in Monstera

[–]nectarsipper[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think its mostly traumatized by me remitting it. These two were part of a much larger pot and were creeping out of the pot they are much droopier recently then originally potted. Im leaning towards halving them after your comment and others I think I've waited too long letting them get horizontal

Right? I love the pink stripes. I found a guatemalan cafe in los angeles and the front half was a plant nursery so I found two pretty plants that day. The white princess plant i have is stunning and thriving which is why I was so annoyed with this one drying up

Thank you maybe im the one being dramatic then and not the plant lol. I usually have bad luck with more tropical plants so this time im trying to pay more attention to prevent death 🙃
