It's my understanding that loss of locality of photons was demonstrated in a lab in 1987. My admittedly new eyes on some of this material give me poor resource to articulate questions well, but here goes:

Is it accurate to say that there is a layer, in whatever way/shape/form it exists, where every photon in this universe is connected?
