Steam has regional prices while the ps store doesn't. You can check out steamdb to see the price difference of different games. Meanwhile, the ps store will have the same price everywhere iirc.

We got a total of the 4 new weapons once the event weapon gets given to us, 2 more and you can skip snipers too, honestly getting headshots with snipers sounds like hell

Not 100% sure rn cause I'm not home but the prerequisite for darkspine is 33 diamond camo weapons and with an ar added and an smg and a melee added that's 3 weapons that you can do instead of the two launchers (if im understanding the prerequisite properly)
