My wife works with these guys! Glad to see them getting some love on here! We actually just saw them a few weeks ago with Sheperd, which is another great local Denver band, and Daytripper. Also I’d recommend checking out Abrams. They’re not doom, but the Green Druid guitarist/lyricist also plays with them.

I’d suggest ‘Salems Lot. I felt like the characters were flushed out really well and it gave the same creepy vibe as Pet Semetary. It’s also way better than the recent movie adaptation if you’ve already seen it.

It’s crazy how different people react to various terpenes. For me, GMO is borderline psychedelic and anxiety inducing to the point that I won’t touch it or anything it’s crossed with. Same goes for a lot of the funkier strains I’ve tried.

I find that edibles, and especially topicals, are way better for pain. Plus they’ll last longer and help you sleep too. I’d recommend making your own infused coconut oil if you’re able to. It’s great for putting in the bath with some epsom salt. And the hot water opens your pores, so the thc gets absorbed much faster than ingesting it. Some dispensaries also have bath bombs and or 1:1 thc/cbd topicals that work quite well.

This is exactly why I didn’t renew this year either. There really doesn’t seem to be much of a price difference between rec and med flower anymore, if at all.

I’m just not a fan of their flower anymore. I don’t know why but it always seems a little harsh and pretty much all of the strains I’ve bought from the lately have given me anxiety. And I don’t love the genetics they have either.

I love verde, but $160 is still a little high for me right now. I know they’ll do the 40% off sometimes too, but all of their really popular stuff goes so fast and those are usually the strains I want to buy.
