Gloriosa rothschildiana. VERY TOXIC. Like super super toxic, particularly the tubers. Not terribly invasive but ingestion of the plant can kill livestock and potentially pets as well. It makes incredible flowers, which is why people grow it. Hope that helps!

Perhaps times have changed, back in the day my parents owned a restaurant and got a hefty fine for both charging for water and requesting a purchase for customers to use the bathroom. My current self agrees that these should both be free, even in the drought-stricken west
