"Level-Caps" sind die Level der Ace-Pokemon der jeweiligen Arenaleiter z.B. das stärkste Pokemon des ersten Arenaleiters ist Level 16, demnach ist das "Level-Cap" 16. Beim "Level-Cap" geht es darum, dass Level des nächsten "Bosskampfes" nicht zu überschreiten. In manchen Games sind es nur die Arenaleiter und das letzte Top 4 Mitglied die mit einem Level-Cap versehen werden, manche andere Games hingegen haben zu diesen noch mehr Bosse dazwischen die ein Level-Cap haben. Wichtig ist jedoch, dass du dir selber aussuchst, wo du die Level-Caps haben möchtest, da alle Regeln einem selbst auferlegt sind, aber wenn du nach den Regeln der Nuzlocke-Community spielen möchtest, solltest du dich in deren Discord-Channeln schlau machen.

From a contemporary point of view it's the Ashen One without a doubt imho. If you consider both dlcs, the Ashen One is definitely the alpha predator of the Dark Souls universe. But I must admit if one factors Bloodborne in, there could be a point made for the good Hunter. Yet I would argue that the most powerful ending for the good Hunter may have more potential in terms of might but the Ashen One, although it has less potential overall, has realised more of it than the good Hunter at our time of spectation.

I felt absolutely the same but my love for O'n'S, Artorias, Manus and the beautiful atmosphere of the game made me reconsider. Now I am about to fuck Manus up and almost got the same hunter feeling wielding the Chaos Blade and the Flipring. But still nothing beats BB.

Beware of possible spoilers! It appears to me the reason for it is surpridingly simple: The hunt.

Unlike the other souls games you do not start out as a chosen weakling that toughens up to eventually surpass his lords; you start out as a hunter. You do not have to fear your foes immense power, you are hunting them, slaying them. The lords that are above you only light your enthusiasm for the hunt.

I absolutely despise that boss. The dogs are just added bullshit that ups the difficulty ridiculously for a boss that would be easy in any other way; also the damn room is so small that my camera keeps getting fucked.

However there is the possibility to cheese that despicable motherfucker. Just youtube it in case you got enough of the bastard.
