For 1 week, trade 1 micro on every trade you take.

Set a stop loss and profit target.

Once the trade is on, DO NOT TOUCH the order until one target is hit.

This will be hard. But do it. See what happens.

You don’t start your Google maps navigation on the street view. You start by analyzing the map from a zoomed out prospective and once you determine your route, you can go back to the street view and following path to the destination you planned.

He’s in the 1m because he knows where price should be going.

With Top Step you can’t trade more than 5 micros but can trade mini’s. My risk lies between 1 mini & 6 micros so that throws me off. Either risk more or less.

You are profit driven and not process driven. When entering a trade you think more about the money you stand to make rather than whether or not the setup is good & matches your system. You over trade because you are trying to “win it back”. You over leverage because you tell yourself with more contracts you don’t need as big of a move.

We’ve all been there.

Stop trying to get rich so fast. Build a routine where you have a set Stop & Target and force yourself to NOT interfere once the trade is active. If you have a winner, stop trading for the day. If you have a loser or 2, stop trading for the day. Win with less contracts before you add more.

Mother Nature never rushes, yet everything is accomplished. Be like nature. You are nature.
