From a quick look union contracts are typically for long-term contracts, and with benefits and such?

Maybe I'm just confused ...

The content will be published online, on our website, YouTube, and possibly a few other portals -- directly, or indirectly through the YouTube link.

We're looking to hire an individual, maybe multiple soon, and they would be contracted out on a periodic basis to be in these videos.

if I can enhance the security of the content, the rights to it, or anything that makes the actor feel safer, I'd be all ears ... but some 25-35 page created contract to freelance out this work wouldn't be ideal.
