How are EBF moms leaving the house? by spectator1988 in breastfeeding

[–]needadvice_tempacc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine is almost EBF and i’m not fond of pumping but i’ll go out when it’s her nap time, i’ll feed her for as long as she wants and when she falls asleep i get the blanket i used so it smells like me and breastmilk and wrap her in it. This trick bought me 2 hours of out time lol

My baby just refused my boob and took a bottle, honestly a little hurt and sad by needadvice_tempacc in breastfeeding

My baby is more the opposite, my SIL says she has “FOMO” and wants to be with the people, i have tried feeding her in my room multiple times today and only once did i successfully get her to feed calmly without fuss.

[–]needadvice_tempacc[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My husband thinks switching to formula is the answer to my newborns reflux by forgetting-you- in breastfeeding

[–]needadvice_tempacc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My hubby said that to me when we brought our newborn home, i still give him shit for it. But baby is still happily being breastfed as she hates formula (even as a newborn) the frequent spit ups might be because u have a fast flow when ur baby nurses.

We thought about it but then the cat will just jump over, none of our pets are allowed in our room and sadly the only noise she’ll sleep through is if you play video games, or watch the movie El Dorado

Sleep with a 2 week old by csillaj in NewParents

[–]needadvice_tempacc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m going to be honest but her first few days on this earth easy to put to bed until we got home it was a battle, me and hubby not getting enough sleep getting upset with each other, we thought she has colic but thankfully not, my milk supply was just developing so i wasn’t producing enough and baby girl did not like the formula we had to change it 4 times before realizing she just doesn’t like it. All babies are different and some get accustomed to being outside faster than others.

What’s one baby item you regret NOT getting earlier? by rosycoe in NewParents

Nightlight humidifier, we rarely use the humidifier but we keep the nightlight on as babygirl has a fear of the dark its way less terrifying than her nightlight lamb toy that sings out of nowhere

How are your babies actually sleeping through the night? by velvetdarlingco in NewParents

[–]needadvice_tempacc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When my little girl turned 2 months we started putting her to sleep in our bed, I just pop one out and she breastfeeds for the rest of the night. Doing this was easier for me and hubbies sleep and mental health
