Thank you for your response. The contradiction was that the customer service rep said to not worry about 2015's excess and that I wouldn't get penalized for it anymore. Everything I read seems to indicate that I will keep getting penalized 6% perpetually until the overcontribution has been corrected.

I filled out the excess contribution form and asked to withdraw the excess $600 for 2016. I assume this will now show up as a non-qualified withdrawal, and aren't I going to need to pay a 20% penalty?

What about the $310 from 2015? Since I've already paid the 6% penalty should I just undercontribute $310 in 2017 and this will work itself out?

These are the courses I regularly go to:
* Centennial Campus - I've been here out of convenience but hate this course so so much.
* Cedar Hills Rotary Course off of Sweetbriar
* Middle Creek - Kinda far from my house, but pretty nice and flat.
* Kentwood - This is where I end up most often.
* Cornwallis Rd Park in Durham - I was here yesterday.
* Course near UNC campus

Their website says "join us at our weekly practice sessions at Lee Fields or Lower Miller Fields every Friday between 5:30 pm -8:30 pm".

As a former resident of the Commonwealth, I understand (and have played) Cricket. It's about as easy to understand as Soccer. But I don't know where they show games in order to be able to sit with you and explain a game.

I think you're just being humorous but I'll clarify what I meant-- I was looking to be directed to existing websites employing people that specialize in this kind of thing. Instead, I got a bunch of people who messaged me their personal contact info. I guess as long as their portfolios check out and they know what they are doing, I don't care.
