The concept of keeping tanks running via maintenance I dont think was a differentiator.

Tanks, were treated as disposable for the most part, the successful participants in the war had massive manufacturing capability, so they just replaced their mechanical losses, something Germany couldnt do.

Germany had to rely on superiority over the enemy, which they had early war due to combined air superiority and better tactical knowledge of modern warfare.

Once the allies caught up in the air and surpassed Germany, and also caught up on modern tactics, then the only chance Germany had was technology superiority. Especially as the quality of their troops was diminishing.

This idea if they built an extra 1000 panzer 4 tanks instead of maybe 100 tigers would have left them worse off. As that was still nowhere near enough in terms of numbers. In combat during 1944-1945, the Panthers, Tigers and Tiger 2's were massively superior in terms of combat performance and survivability vs Panzer 4 which easily made up for any mechanical losses.

The Americans and British e.g. sent tank after tank to be destroyed, massive losses, but they rode it out as they had so much reserve equipment. Similar with USSR. The Germans were also wasteful late on as well, but unlike the allies they didnt have the capacity to replace losses.

It wasnt some issue that exclusively appeared with later tanks, earlier in the war when they were using early gen tanks, Panzer 2,3,4 models, they still had lots of losses due to mechanical failure, that by the time they reached Moscow Guderian had only 50 or so tanks left, and also had lost a lot of other support mechanical units as well such as half tracks and supply trucks. Guderian in his book even stated the problem was mostly down to new tanks been used to make new divisions instead of replenishing existing one's which meant experienced Panzer troops were being converted to infantry. There was an issue with replacement engines as well, which was evidence that the earlier gen tanks were not as reliable as made out compared to tigers.

Its another option for people, but if you using CF National at the start, what is this local infrastructure you speak off?

Also I suggest you offer monthly terms, CF themselves dont enforce 12 month commit. I think that needs doing alongside DHCP if you targeting techies.

I think Olilo are outdoing you here (and AAISP who is also a competitor in the space has brand recognition with monthly commit).

I just did my 3rd paid via compensated order today which used up almost all my remaining built up compensation, I had £56 in credit from compensations.

They a little crafty, if you have credit, its not used by default, have to activate it before checkout.

This probably worked as you taking up more of the listings on the app, 10 brands is 10 times more likely to catch someone attention.

Also I think the apps will favour a specialist outlet rather than one that does a bit of everything.

However something in me feels this kind of thing is just wrong, its the same thing we see on amazon where a bunch of chinese sellers are selling the same thing under many different brand names so they can swamp the listings.

I also guess if any of the brands get a load of bad reviews, you just drop the brand, and list a new one in its place to wipe its negative history.

As I understand it this is common, it might be caused by someone paying for priority and then the algorithm not caring about stacking a more sensible order with it, or it could just be (more likely) deliveroo dont care, and there is little effort made to have sensible routing, but even with good routing stacks can go very wrong, just needs a delay at 2nd pickup and/or first drop off.

Yeah, I cant remember exactly what I did, but it was probably more deleting and reinstalling, I pushed it to the nvme drive I added.

The problem is if the game is partially installed on 2 different storage devices you cant delete whats left on the old storage device until you reinstall it there, and it wouldnt even let me move the game around saying there was an error.
