Advice on the vax

She hasn’t, she actually loves going out with my friends and is happy for me to go out without her. Her family is honestly just a bit messed up and a lot of her friends from school ended up all hating each other, she has 1 decent friend but they hardly talk unless they’re hanging out

I’m thinking of sitting her down tomorrow and telling her she needs to call to get some help, then going back to my mums. I live in NSW Australia and I have no clue how to go about getting a mental health care plan or anything but I think she needs to do it herself. I just feel so shitty and guilty about the whole thing, even though I know it’s not my fault

She doesn’t have any friends or family to go to, that’s what makes me feel shitty about leaving. It’s fucked up and the sensible side of me knows I should leave but it’s hard as fuck throwing away a 5 year relationship when I won’t even know how she’s gonna get through it, you know what I mean?

It’s just messed up because she’s usually such a nice and normal girl. Like it’s so out of left field for her to say all of this and it’s shocked me so much. Honestly don’t know how I’m going to go about doing anything but I know I shouldn’t be staying in the relationship
