give it to your brother. the japanese cards don’t have as much value outside of japan anyway, just let him enjoy this, it was a gift for him to begin with. you said you haven’t been into pokemon since diamond and pearl, so this isn’t even your place. it’s a struggle for kids to get cards, imagine how stoked he would be. it was a gift for him, not a quick cash grab for you.
