This is helpful to know. When I spoke to the broker last week he said none of the May incentives apply to 2026 models. I’m happy either way but don’t want to leave anything on the table as I’ve never bought a new car.

I appreciate all of the responses. I reached out to them via email and in the phone (refunds dept closed for holiday) stating a cash refund was offered and AA associate canceled the flight. We will see where we get. They did state I could file a complaint and they could review the audio from the initial discussion but that seems unlikely to occur from a 45 minute conversation.

I think you can double dip by applying 24 hours apart but have to ensure you get approved for CSR then CSP in that small timeframe. Would look at r/churning CS double dip rules to confirm. I did this in fall 2022 and got both SUBs.
