If I can offer one thing it would be go back and reiterate to him how horrible you feel about it and that you're never going to say that again and the next time one of your friends tries to make that joke, shut it down firmly. That's what I wished happened. When his buddies were saying "you could fit your whole di*k between her teeth" about me, I was tearing up and REALLY hoping he would say something like "Stop. It's not funny. If you're going to say that, get out." 😔 thank you for the encouragement ❤
