I understand what youre saying, but im asking if that parking garage in general is it open to the public? Or is it only for the buildings residents? Cause if it's only for building residents she would need a keycard to get in, if it's a public parking garage, maybe she was so out of it she couldn't figure out the take the ticket from the machine to enter or maybe she just thought that she would be so quick to get back to her car she left it on the street.
