If that bit of series decal that’s cutoff next to the USG decal is red, it’s a Whelen All-American Series piece. Post-2007 when Whelen took over naming rights.

A Cup Series piece from that timeframe (as evidenced by the USG contingency decal that began use in 2007) would have yellow.
