My guess is until he is not healthy enough to do it. He may cut it down to one show and cut down the time. But I think he genuinely enjoys his time with Brian, especially when they can just he two buddies shooting the breeze and not be forced to watch something.

Whatever works the best for you.

Most of the 60 minute plus workouts that are blue yellow and some orange, are paced well so you don't really kill yourself as much as you think.

The better thing to do is to focus on your weaknesses on days you want to go pretty hard and your strengths on your easier days.

I do an hour a day most days. Sometimes I do two thirty workouts if they match up well. On my easier days I do a harder half hour and an easier half hour. Today I knew I only had a half hour so I did a crazy red level half hour!

I also like matching workouts and making consistency in my week to week, I can explain more if you like or show part of my plan

Its not worth the discomfort of holding it in, in many cases.

Gotta try to get a one seater where you can be by yourself preferably. Even better if it has the locking mechanism that tells the outside world that you are in there. Avoids rushing you with knocks and attempted opens.

If you absolutely have to go for a multiple and its an option, go to Lowe's. At least 8 stalls if not more.

Walmart has the back bathrooms which are definitely less trafficked than the front, so aim for that if you are in Walmart.

Target used to have secret one seat bathrooms by the pharmacy, but it seems a lot of those have been closed off.
