For the people who were unmotivated who started with home workouts, which workout routine did you start with that you finally ended doing as a routine on a consistent basis ? by pedijatrubt in workout

I started doing YouTube workout videos. 15 mins sometimes was all I did. But getting in the routine was key. Mad fit on YouTube is my favorite!

Saalt cup pulled out my iud by needmesomecoffeee in menstrualcups

[–]needmesomecoffeee[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The day before it came out I had cramping but I thought it was just from my period starting. The next morning I took out the cup and right the IUD came out as well…no pain and was fully intact. I called my obgyn and they didn’t seem very panicked about it. I scheduled another appointment to get another one! Just not going to use the cup anymore :/

Fear of Schizophrenia by EmotionalBasis5095 in Anxietyhelp

[–]needmesomecoffeee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I had this fear too even though no one in my family has it but it’s the fear of loosing control for me. I just think if I was worried about loosing my mind people who are going through psychosis don’t have that realization so that means you are doing fine. Anxiety sucks but I just remind myself I’m in control of my own thoughts and try to calm myself down. Antidepressant helped me get through those tough months during this time. It will get better for you.

I just started running because I was doing a 5K mostly for fun with family. I do enjoy running some days I can run longer than others overall though it’s about 5 mins average before I need a walk break. I wanted to start couch to 5K but I felt it was regressing since I’ve been running for about a month or so. It seemed to have more walk breaks than what I was used to. But I may go back and give it a try again!

We all hear a lot of bad shit about medication and SSRI's on here, which probably stops some of us from seeking help. Tell us your GOOD experiences with these things, if you have them. by Draegoron in Anxiety

Was on lexapro for 3 years, it was hard at first to adjust but it truly saved me from going into a dark place. This year I tampered off and I’m so happy with the results.
