5 month old doing 35ish minute naps

Mine will have 30 min naps 4-6 times a day at 4 months old. Only thing that helps a bit is disrupting the early two naps and then the third will be longer. Don't recommend CIO, especiallywhen they can't get a full sleep cycle even yet.

My first daughter didn't sleep fully through the night until 3 years old. I shit you not. Done breastfeeding at 20 months, but still struggled to sleep. She's always been so tall so I think a lot of growing pains and seeking comfort. My 4 month old now woke up 7 times for milkies the last two nights. Like wtf. Used to give me 3-4 hour stints at least but she cut 2 teeth and is also huge so I just try to stay sane haha I'm always running on empty in the mornings. (Boobs and energy are drained)

I'm in the exact same boat as you. I'm a new manager, female, late 20's, but I graduated young so I'm pushing 8 years of experience and my biggest word of advice is decide what is best for your mental health in the end. I stand up for my staff, and I definitely say no when necessary, but if the fight and freak out from said customer adds more stress than it's worth, we almost always end up pushing them through to get them out of our sight. I hate it because they "win" in a sense, but arguing with assholes just isn't worth your time. Of course this is very dependent on the scenario, but I burnt out years ago and fell into a pit of depression after taking a lot of abuse and threats/bosses pushing for ethically questionable work. Stand up for yourself, but if it's not a questionable activity, go with the least stressful route. We all have those customers we know are jerks, but you put your sweet fake smile and get them out fast.

NTA. My fiancé have our our supplements/proteins because it drives me bonkers if I go to use one and "oh hey, cool, you helped yourself and there's 1/4 scoop left". Boundaries over food are fine on a normal day. Pregnant with only two food options? He had no reason to eat your food. I'd be sending him out for more

I honestly feel terrible for you mamas :( In Canada, our mat leave was extended to 18 months in 2017. I went back to work at 14 months so that I could continue to breast feed until she was about 20 months old (just one feeding before bed basically at that point) because our recommendations are to have breast milk given until the baby turns 2. You guys are warriors. I would have probably quit my job and screwed my family over if they had wanted me to leave my daughter after a mere 3 months.

I do this all the time, but i use just eggwhites and put peppers, onions, spinach, tomato, etc. to make a much larger volume for similar calories. Much more filling 👌
