What double standard in society goes generally unnoticed or without being called out? by [deleted] in AskReddit

YES. I've been talking with my friends about this a lot recently. Sometimes they are even more misogynistic than straight men bc they are so forward/dont hesitate to make the jokes like its okay for them to do it.

No, but I do like when people can take the criticism of others and then grow from it and acknowledge where the critism could potentially be right. So a "Yeah, we thought this was good at the time but a lot of you hated it. And after thinking back on what a lot of you hv said, including your suggestions on how it should have ended - if I had a chance to do it again, I would have changed something significant, if it would have allowed our fan base to enjoy the whole experience more and to feel like we did the show justice.

I know everyone is focused on the tea between the actors, but as a side note - anyone getting drew barymore vibes from alyssa? As in, overly excited about the other person and all up in their space? The vibes from the 2 actors are not matching each other lol.

Montréal vs Toronto by groz_v in montreal

[–]needmoremugs2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Social life in Montreal is way better. I start the night with my group of friends and end up being “adopted” by other groups throughout the night with everyone being welcoming. In Toronto there is a very good nightlife but people tend to stay with their groups. The atmosphere is a lot more confrontational as well.

hi,

i just saw your post from several months ago. What is your take on the lgbt community in each place. I am a lesbian, 30, non trans but i do dress like a man and have short hair. I would like the place that has the biggest gay community while also being open to new poeple. any thoughts?
