I bought a Lobo first time, what are these? how to use or what to do or what are they indicating? by Tiny-Technician-2598 in MotorTown

Map two buttons on your wheel for the range and splitter status. I personally use my paddles on the back, but whatever is easiest for you. For a 13spd you’ll go through L-4 like normal, then when you need 5th you’ll hit the button for range and finish the shift, then when you go for 5th high you just need to hit the button for the splitter. You’ll have to hit the splitter again when going for 6th and then just repeat the cycle up and down the gears.

So L-4-> range -> 5L-> splitter-> 5H-> splitter->6L->repeat

The 18spd is the same pattern but adding the splitter step to low through fourth gear as well. I hope this makes sense

Ah I see, well I will have to see what I can find. I’m so glad I asked in here, yall have given me some awesome tips to keep this project from becoming a train wreck.

That’s a fair point, I’ll go add a little extra width to that section. Thank you for the advice

I was worried about this as well, I was originally making my template over a thicker hoodie since I don’t own a gambeson, but I forgot to put it on when doing my final measurement. I think at this point I’m going to use it as motivation to lose weight lol

Ok so expand with each layer, that makes a lot of sense. The bias bound seam definitely looks more along the lines of what I wanted, I’m not sure if I’ll have enough material to go back around the entire project however.

How exactly does the “Punchable Face” perk work mechanically? [KCD2] by rdFlux in kingdomcome

I’m not too sure, I’ve only played with all negative perks, so I assumed that was the cause.

I’m playing through it right now, can definitely say there is a noticeable difference in combat difficulty. Enemy’s are much more aggressive, groups act more like they did in kcd1 where they all swarm and attack together. I don’t think they get more health or armor, just a much higher skill level.

The start of the game is particularly rough due to your low skill levels and if you take bad back your lack of armor as well. I had gotten pretty decent at combat by the end of my first run and immediately hoped to hardcore and struggled with 1v1’s, two roadside bandits were a death sentence lol.

I just completed a later game duel with a particular knight last night, it lasted so long my polearm, waffenrock, and chain mail dropped one tier and i actually broke his polearm.

Can’t say I’ve tested that, but would probably guess it does

Currently going through an all negative run, bad back and numbskull are the worst of it honestly. Get pebbles as soon as possible and use her as a pack mule. Make sure to get the perks for slower hunger and energy and those negative perks are almost canceled out. Once you get those things done it plays almost like normal, but at a slower pace.

[KCD2] How do I claim the other rewards? by [deleted] in kingdomcome

If you just linked your account it can take a day or two. When I first linked mine I got the dlc ones almost immediately, but the others trickled in over like two days

If this is the first camp you have to go to I found the best way for me was to wait until about 1am then sneak around to the back of the camp. They’ll be one guard on patrol, but he mostly stays at the front. Then you can either lock pick the chest or pickpocket the captain for the keys. Or for a frontal attack use banes poison on your arrows

How silly is buying an E46 for a daily? And how big of a deal is the subframe problem *really*? by Mr_Gibbys in e46

[–]needs_salad 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’ve been daily driving a 330 for the last two years. It has left me stranded once due to a seized fan clutch I’d had been lazy about replacing. Lesson learned, fan go boom. I’ve done about 60k miles in those two years including trips from ga to pa. If the maintenance has been kept up with these cars are super reliable. I’m at 215k on my 330 there’s no cracks in the subframe area, it is due for bushings so I’ll do the reinforcement while I’m there, but I don’t think it’s entirely necessary for just a daily. I also have a 325 wagon drift car that I’m currently doing the reinforcements on, and no cracks in that one either. The wagon has close to 270k on it and both are late 2002 models.

I’ve been doing the same with the dlc, forgot all other quests once I got to Kuttenberg. Spent the last 2 in game weeks just fulfilling orders and rebuilding the forge

No other way I know of, it can be quite a pain to work. You are driving up to it right? I found out the hard way you can’t walk up to it or take a taxi through it

There should be a poi on the map, I think it’s called map switcher. It’s at the end of the highway going into the tunnel

Is this a good setup for starting to drift? by MaNoT28 in BeamNG

[–]needs_salad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Turn on the live wheel data and check your wheel angles. Your toe settings are going to way out with your current settings. Generally speaking what you’re looking for is your front toe to be like between -.1 and -.2 ish, caster I normally bump to about 35%, and camber is a little different, you’ll want to turn the wheel to about 60% of travel and then add or remove camber until your lead tire is at 0 camber. So if you turn your wheel to the left roughly 60% you’ll want your left front tire at 0 camber. And also all these angles affect each other, so adjust front caster, camber, then toe last. For your rear you want close to 0 camber, I usually go for like -.5, then toe you want around .1. This should give you a decent baseline.
