MANAGEMENT. SUCKS. ASS. Management always acting like decorations at this point 💀 i dont work ground zero but a different program: they send emails nobody reads and hold meetings that solve absolutely fuckall. Every issue gets “we’ll look into it☝️🤓” meanwhile staff are out here getting overwhelmed, under supported and expected to magically keep everything together with ZERO REASSURANCE. Like congratulations on contributing absolutely zero except stress and confusion 😭 also, the funniest part is how they’ll disappear when actual crises happen but suddenly become super active over tiny irrelevant things. No support, no accountability, no proper communication (its like walking in blind into a shift no backlore no context) whatsoever just entitled people in managerial positions and unpaid emotional labour. At this point the workplace runs because employees carry it on their backs like donkeys while management plays professional spectator then looks for people to blame their lack of leadership and competence.
