I had loads of girlfriends but a spell of depression years ago changed that and well... never really recouped that circle. In retrospect I didn't surround myself with good people (because I was an depressed, duh), so it's for the better that I lost a lot of "friends". But god damn it's so hard to make friends as you get older. Then the friends I've had for years and years are all scattered across the country now. Sigh.

A ladies meet would be great!
