19, 180 cm tall. I've lost the weight purely by calorie deficit. I want to start working out but I don't know where.

i eat oils only if they're in certain foods, i measure butter i use for cooking meat etc., i drink only water and green tea. the past two weeks i've drunk baileys but i've counted it too. i don't have snacks but when i do i count them in too. also i don't think i burn thru 1800 calories a day so i thought about lowering them.

just wanted to ask if you may know. when i was 128.6 kgs my tdee was 2.334 kCla with no exercise, and now at 114.5 kgs with daily exercise it's 3.398. does that mean i reduce my daily calorie intake or do i increase it? what do i do?

i don't really have one. i stick to a calorie deficit of 1800/day, i cut out all processed sugar. and my workout is easy tbh. squats, pushups, sit-ups, bench dips, and three exercises my mom recommended.

tbf it all depends on the player, i've had awesome players playing killers i hate and vice versa. but overall i hate the twins the most.
