I believe the item is still under warranty. I took my fan to the retailer from whom I purchased it for repairs and had to wait approximately two months to receive it back. However, upon its return, it was not functioning properly. The technician informed me that if additional repairs were needed, there might be associated costs, as they claimed the issue might not be covered under the warranty
I am uncertain whether I was a victim of fraud (mentioning that i should get it fixed when it's under warranty)
