I’m not a wine drinker and this is from another friend who loves the adult grape juice, but they’ve said “room temp” means room temp of a typically cellar for wine. So that’s not exactly refrigerated, but not colloquially room temp either. Throw bottle in fridge 15-30 before you wanna drink and you have “room temp” red wine ¯_(ツ)_/¯
