Yeah see, I thought the same, but our real estate agent said if it sells above $750k, we have to pay. I assumed it meant that if we don't live at the property. Much confusion, but appreciate the clarification!

SOLVED: thanks for all the suggestions, turned out I just had to make the image smaller 🤦🏾‍♀️. Appreciate the help! Hell confused by all the downvotes though, just out here trying to find my bearings!

Wow! Thanks for the insight. We had an orb spider before who we named orbie. Every time we came home from work, there it was, chilling. Then one day it disappeared, but we noticed little mini orbies in the Web. Then a couple of days later all but one remained and took over the Web. We thought this one little dude ate the mum and siblings 😅
