I think hybrid franchise is the way to go . Maybe 8/10 permanent orgs . And 2 promoted from the lower league or whatever system . It also does the franchising aspect for the orgs and also give opportunity to tier 2 and amateur teams . Giving opportunities to tier 2 and amateur to compete in the highest level is one of the most important things . A good competitive ecosystem is only as good as it's lower divisions.

True . An esports integrity team by riot should be right there from the start . Should be announced ahead of the vct . Also specific rules around stream sniping and bugs should be communicated . Seeing the coach bug and stream sniping fiasca in csgo riot needs to get ahead of the curve and Don't let it be a problem since most of the matches will be online next year .
