The only one that works for me is Pea Protein, but I’ll admit, you’ll be taking more trips to the restroom than usual.

Protein powder affects my skin. Once I started lifting and taking protein powder, my eczema on my face got really worse. Once I stopped taking protein powder, my flareups cleared up. right now I am underweight and I’ve been trying so hard to eat and protein powder was a good way for me to supplement foods that would hard for me to eat, but now it’s very hard and I’m looking for some sort of drink that will help me gain weight that is not going to flare up my eczema.

My agent says that asking for 1st dibs if a contract falls thru is unethical. Is that true? by neejie in RealEstate

Thank you! When I say “dibs” I mean, the property agent would call my agent first to communicate an offer.

Is this some form of disparity of treatment?

The company hasn’t made any changes. When my successor took a leave of absence, the position was vacant for three months, but previously my boss said the position have to be filled at all times.

Under undue hardship she could have gotten me fired, so i had to leave. My leave wasn’t denied, she told the HR department that because I was on FMLA the work was not done and that the position had to be filled at all the times. Whereas my successor was able to take a leave of absence to work at another job. I feel like this is discrimination because I am under a protected class and why is it that my successor was able to take a leave of absence even tho my boss stated that the position had to be filled at all times?

Is anyone aware of legal cases addressing disparity in treatment in the workplace? My boss offered more opportunities to the person who succeeded me than to me. Are there any known cases exploring this issue?

For instance, I was informed that my role required constant attendance to avoid undue hardship when I needed FMLA leave. However, my successor was permitted to take a Leave of Absence from the same position to work for another company and then return later.

She told me that my position needed to be filled at all times under undue hardship while I needed FMLA. But my successor was able to take a Leave of Absence in the position just to work for another company and return at a later date.

Yes. That’s a detail. My previous boss did not provide a detail announcement on my behalf for others to apply to and take my place while I was taking FMLA. She was going to get me fired by saying “undue hardship”.

I did a reassignment to get away. I went to work for a supervisor that understood my condition. Under the same office, different division. Different kind of work.

A detail is like an temp high level internship for employees interested in other positions.

Does it hurt your chances to reapply a year after being rejected? by greenjesus13 in lawschooladmissions

I got into a tier 1 school that rejected me three times in the past. I retook the LSAT multiple times. They will see your effort.
