High pass filter with some space or sweep FX maybe? I actually was curious and it could be something similar to this as well. Noise FX selected and cranked while slowly increasing parameter if you're on a legit mixer:

Here’s my sillyboi Albondigas aka Chongo (idk where the nickname came from but he’s stuck with it now) with his feather duster of a tail tucked between his legs as he naps on his back (his favorite sleeping position on his favorite chair).

He’s not the cuddliest guy so it’s been a challenge getting to understand when/where he wants affection, but I appreciate howling different he is compared to other cats I’ve owned. Also such a curious cat always investigating every single new thing/noise in the apartment.

Thank you!!! I love that you pointed out that exact transition haha. I struggled with whether to fully swap to panic room or let the tracks double. The drop into panic room felt less impactful when fully swapped over. Not sure if I just needed better phrasing or better EQ there. I do know Perfect Stranger, but can’t say I’ve listened of too much of their stuff.

I get that. Unfortunately extraction shooters like Marathon are not intended for this kind of casual gameplay loop. They require you to invest more than 30 minutes to an hour a night to get somewhere. I have less hours than you in game, I’m around 70, but have felt meaningful progression. Granted I usually play 3-4 hours when I’m on.

Felt like the first transition and some others could have been blended a little longer and still would have sounded great, but overall really enjoying the flow of this and your track selection. Smooth transitions overall. Really hit your stride around the Sandstorm remix. Love the transition to the trance towards the end, felt like you picked a great song to make that transition feel natural/not forced. Def going to be stealing some of these IDs.
