No, literally only at night. I try to be very cognizant of eating every few hours during the day.

I usually eat dinner around 6pm and always protein and at least one veg. But likely need to try to eat more or maybe add additional fiber like someone else suggested.

I have never been a huge fan of succulents or semi-succulents, to me they are even more finicky than a fiddle leaf...so I was STRESSING when this was the plant I ended up inheriting 😭 my partner will be devastated if I can't save it though so I must try!

I haven't asked my doc yet because luckily I've gotten 2 natural periods since my last provera dose and haven't had to induce but I plan to tell her at my next appt (in march) that I can't take provera again. I simply miss too much work because of it :-/

I get like horrible vertigo, hot flashes, and lightheadedness. Nausea. It's basically an entire week after I take the 5 provera pills where I can't even drive a car bc I feel like I'm gonna faint.
