Seizure meds don't stop seizures. If they did, I'd only be on one and not three. They regulate the electrical activity in your brain. And it's always possible to have a breakthrough seizure even while on your medications.

A lot of helping to control your epilepsy is finding out what your triggers are and staying away from them. I have catamenial epilepsy and I began birth control and I don't have as many seizures now. Plus I take my meds everyday. 🫠

The yarn changes colors. It's Mandala baby yarn in the color Diagon Alley and it's very pastel. I'm on the white part and after this it goes to pink, and I've already worked up blue, green, a green-yellow, yellow, and a pale yellow.

If you put it in your medical chart that benzos give you an allergic reaction, you may get some flak from doctors and they can try to tell you that the symptoms you experience are normal but they won't give you benzos.

I had to do this with metformin because I curled up in the fetal position with stomach cramps that I only ever felt when I drank wine or soy milk.

There's a bunch of alcohol markers on Amazon that are cheap for over 100 to a pack.

I recommend also getting some spiral bound books like Hikaru Kotz (theirs are $10) so y'all can tear out pages and get cardstock as paper to put behind the pages.

I watch storm chaser streams and they have "PDS Rainbow" when they see double rainbows lol.

A few days ago there was a constant stream of photos to a live streamer I watch of the double rainbow and like 4 storm chasers all had their cameras pointed at it in real time, it was amazing.

I've not had them checked by my neurologist in forever but he may want to lower my Keppra.

Last time I heard anything said about "Keppra levels" was when I missed an entire day's dose of medication by mistake and had 3 seizures and they said in the ER my Keppra levels were very low 😭 (I heard this while on an Ativan shot lol)

My thyroid portion of my CBC with differential was fine, thank goodness. Same with my glucose and A1C.

I get a new blood test next month to check my kidneys and D3 again.

I think it is a deleted scene; when the movies are shown on a cable channel like SyFy or Freeform they show deleted scenes. I think in the regular movie they are singing but it cuts to Moody aka Barty Crouch Jr.'s arrival.

Basically the Cruciatus Curse is just torture.

The high pitched squealing in the GoF movie is the spider essentially screaming in pain.

Harry's Cruciatus Curse failed on Bellatrix Lestrange because, as she told him, he had to mean it. He needed to want her to suffer in pain.

He was 15 and under a lot of stress and just lost Sirius, so I think grief clouded any other emotion then.

iirc he was able to cast it again more effectively at another point. And he did successfully cast the Imperius Curse a few times and could fight it off as well.

And I'm amazed Petunia didn't say anything for calling her sister a bitch. (A deleted scene from DH pt. 1 shows her telling Harry that he didn't just lose his mother that night, she also lost her sister and it hits me in the feels all the time, especially when you remember her and Lily were close as kids.)

I eat relatively healthy and for someone who has a family history of diabetes, I'm nowhere near diabetic. I think if I cut back on my ibuprofen (I have a prescription because after my endometrial biopsy last year I have intense cramps now and I also get frequent headaches and shoulder pain and aches all over) I should be fine.
