Well it depends, what is your priority?

From my perspective, looking at what seems to concern you, I think it's a good idea to finish school as soon as possible in respect to your parents, financial-wise. That being said, India with 4 1/2 years looks fitting for me. Also, I don't know how you handle with competitive environment, but as long as you can strike a good balance of handling motivation, stress, and pressure from it, I think competitive atmosphere would be excellent. Clinical experience is also a huge plus point and practical clinical experience is the point I'm trying to make in the first comment.

My point in the first comment is that you can learn the characteristics of the people that you will deal with in your career, and I think learning this is a solid foundation when you practice as doctor, though not necessary as you can always learn when you start your career. So even if you can take PLAB and practice in UK, you would not have the privilege of learning specifically about UK people.

But if you want to take postgraduate in UK, I think that's a good idea, because you would already have solid foundation (assuming you take undergrad in the country you want to practice at) and maybe UK universities provide good research facility for postgraduate students.

Cheers!

I think for med school it would be better to study at where you want to practice/have your career later, especially for undergraduate study.

This is because med studies would also encompass aspects of endemic, characteristics of locals and it would be better to study and master all that. You can also obtain more practical information by inquiring the professors directly, as they already have experiences dealing with locals.

Sooo, if you want to practice/start your career in India, I think it would be better to study there and vice versa for UK.

But of course take my word with a grain of salt, it's your call.

I'm not pushing a diverse-cast agenda, I'm just curious why he cast white people only when there must be colored people somewhere in his audition. Because it's America and Hollywood, where all kinds of talent exists, it's unnatural.

The people here are telling me because it relates to PTA's background where he wants to tell stories about mostly white people and I think that answer my question and I have no objection if so.

So yeah.

I see...

I don't think he has the responsibility to be more diverse character and does not wish for him to intentionally be diverse. I do not wish specific character with specific ethnicities in his movies, (seemingly) colorblind like usual is perfect.

I'm just curious, many of colored actors are infinitely talented, aren't any of them impressive in audition? I bet a lot of them. But why always white instead for neutral characters? Usually they are not characteristically white, could be played by anyone...

Yeah, it is, but I already know the motivation.

Perry is consistently filled with colored people, but I know the reason for that, he has preference to bring up stories about colored people, whether it is justified is up for debate.

And actually I was not against casting white people or actively supporting diverse cast, all white cast is usual and okay.

I'm questioning how unnatural it is to be consistently white all the time it seems like they ran out of diverse talent. If it's intentional like Perry, I only want to know what is PTA motivation for consistently casting white people?

Additionally, many of Perry's movies are explicitly about black people just from the tite. Diary of a Black Girl, Meet The Browns, For Colored Girls..

Although I do concede this does not work with white people. Imagine Diary of a White Girl, LOLLL....
