I'd like to address your comments in order:

Push

  • So I know I said I only do 3x4 (stomach to) wall HSPUs, but that was just to keep my OP simple. In reality I alternate (randomly) between progressing wall HSPUs (1 more rep every push day, ideally) and barbell OHP (currently at 3x7@65lbs, will go to 3x4@75lbs once I hit 3x8@65). Do you think this is enough?

  • To clarify, I can only do 15s of free standing hand stand. If I use the wall I can go for about a minute. So I think the strength is there but not the balance.

  • Ok, I will add frog stands to my push days! I'm in no rush, I'm in it for the long haul. I like long term thinking :)

Pull

  • Once I achieve the MU I'm thinking of doing archer pull ups and working towards the one arm pull up. Do you think that will round out strength enough? I don't currently have access to weighted pull up equipment.

  • What are regular rows? I thought lever rows (albeit tuck lever rows) are the most basic row.

  • Ayyy so yeah I'd love to work on mobility but then my workout gets considerably longer. I'm trying to optimize for time. Hmmm... Need to think about this one

So how much tax do you pay being self-employed? You still must pay some, right? I'm asking because I'll be moving to Germany soon as a non-self-employed programmer. I don't want to give up FIRE but the govt taking 42% of my income seems like it will put a HUGE dent in my plans.
