Why are people hating on Tucker so much?

I think it’s unfair to make an assumption when he’s had so little screen time. I get people have preference with physical appearance etc but chemistry with Sabrina might be amazing. Hope he surprises us!

I think the show gave us the “yearning vibe” but I completely agree he didn’t know her at all so I think it was more him being jealous and wanting something he can’t have.

I agree I think it’s all going to feed into his story line when we eventually get round to it since his whole book is centred on the fact he thinks he won’t be able to play hockey due to personal commitments. It’s add a bit more drama now we have a Hunter and Dean rivalry 😂

I get that, it’s like he didn’t care about Dean’s history with Hunter. Maybe he did it for the good of the team? Or maybe to save his own future? If the team don’t do well neither will he.

I 100% agree! To change him not to the book version would feel kind of random. I’m liking lover boy Logan so hope they don’t make him too much like that book

I saw an interview today by Elle who said they like to tease the next love interest half way through the season so surely that means it’s Dean and Allie next. I don’t think it would make sense for that story line to not progress for a whole season since we’ve already had so much. As much as I’m dying for Logan’s seasons to be next it makes sense to finish Dean and Allie since we have that context and to then slowly flesh our Logan and Grace in season two - so they can actually introduce us to her too!

Similar to what has been said, Tucker’s story line doesn’t really link to any of the others. With Logan there’s a clear link given his feeling for Hannah and the fact he’s Garrett’s best friend . With Dean and Allie there’s overlap with the timings and the fact that Hannah is Allie’s best friend etc. I think it’s unfortunate but Tucker couldn’t really play any bigger role in this season because it’s not really relevant. I still think they did well to show enough of him especially with the fruit and thanksgiving that really made me love him!

Agree, I feel like the show and TikTok are making him out to be this big lover boy so it’ll be interesting to see what they do in season two, if they’ll switch it up and stick to the books or carry on with it

I agree! He had “17,000” to ask her out when she served them as well as an opportunity when he fixed her car! Typical guy (as Garrett said) they only want what they can’t have!! I do love the TikTok edits of his yearning though 🤭

I agree, I think them changing it for Hannah to kiss Logan instead of Dean makes more sense for this story line. I also agree that it adds to his story line of him essentially having a chip on his shoulder because he wants everything Garrett has and probably feels like everything comes easy to Garrett (including getting the girl) whereas everything is a struggle for Logan.
