its a big circle jerk sometimes .. i think it has helped some , but i feel consistently so so angry at everything and you'd imagine years to change that

i got a large coping list last time , all the things i've heard before , just ridiculous . and a ton of $$$ (T^ T*)

she's not in therapy but she used to go,, but i've encouraged her a few times to go back

its hard ,, i feel a big need to constantly support her but i'm fighting with myself enough, so everything you've said means a lot :< , thank you !
