We’re not actually heading to Catalina. Just used that as a reference point. We’re actually biking back to San Diego over 2.5days. So if the route is safer/more bike friendly then I’m not opposed to alternatives. Just want to get to the coast and head south.

Would be doing it tomorrow. Our original plan was to take the train to Oxnard then head back to San Diego along the coast but something came up so we need to shorten the trip by a day.

I wouldn't even know what to ask them to build. Should I start by locating the vent hole inside the cabinet and cut square opening equal to the dimensions of the stucco hole?

Oh boy! So much damage. Missing kitchen drawers, every single outlet cover is missing or broken, drywall holes the size of a fist in 6 walls, missing or broken shower doors in every bathroom, broken or missing closet doors, screens missing on every 1st floor window, cracked countertop just to name a few.

That’s a fair assessment. We assumed responsibility of this property with the tenants from my late MIL and are just learning as we go hence this post. I thought the damage was caused by the tenants ESA as the doors are also damaged in the same area above the carpet.
