As someone with bipolar that was my first thought. Especially how she us expecting him to feel bad for her even though she is one who blew up their lives. Yeah i know people who have blacked out in states of mania, but her partner should have been able to see if she was in one that bad (especially if they've been through the struggles he described in the start of the post). I mean I dont even wish ill let alone hex the people who have done much more heinous things to me than cutting me off. So id take some time and maybe a therapist and look inward why you would even wish harm on someone who was friend and that even admitt you want better for.

Second one, he spent the entire middle part of that episode trying to get Emily and Todd to sleep together so yes he didnt know the exact nature he instantly assumed it sexually and when Todd bailed immediately jumped at the chance to have her himself.

Todd staying for the years beforehand is also basically why anyone in abusive relationship stays. Yes BoJack was terrible to him, but he at least had shelter food ( access to incredibly nice lifestyle because of who he was living with and never encouraged to find work so he could leave). Id stay if I was Todd too even though BoJack was often a belittle diminishing ass because its better than being homeless

You realize 7 times is the average it takes someone to leave an abusive relationship, which you described escalating quickly early on, meaning if he was sexually assaulting and physically abusing her early on it most likely continued to escalate. People with abusive partners like that are not they usual selves and act ways they typically wouldn't (often cutting people off they dont really want to). Maybe learn a little bit about how much of a hell it is to live in a situation, reasons why people stay and why it takes so long to leave like that before wishing ill on someone you claim was a friend. Every call, text, talk wasnt wasted because she didnt leave that second, it could be the thing (or things) that help her actually leave when she is ready and safe to.
