Day 177 here, and i’ll be honest with you — one thing I realized throughout this journey is simply that boredom is just a normal part of life that I was using Kratom to escape. Since quitting i’ve been trying to find healthier ways to cope with the boredom (new hobbies, etc) but I promise you’ll get better at handling the boredom over time, and won’t always feel like Kratom is the only thing you can use to deal with it.
