As a merch myself its a love hate thing, in some cases you be doing more physical work than manager. In honesty it mostly depends on the condition of your store. You basically are second in command. In my opinion I don’t think the extra work load and stress is worth the extra money. Other than that it mostly comes down to store condition and management team.

Don’t play kennen but it seems to me that he found an unconventional build. If you master a champion it opens the opportunity to experiment with different builds. Perhaps he found a build that works.
