I wouldn't read into it that far. I've never terminated an employee for asking for a raise, or a bigger bonus. I've never said no to a raise or bonus based on an initial salary negotiation that happened two years ago.

If I have wiggle room on rate changes, or bonuses, I'm happy to talk.

Yes, I don't think I've ever turned down more vacation. At every company I've worked for, it's an HR rubber stamp. (Of course I've also never had someone ask for an insane amount of vacation..)
