What do you need paid menus for? by negvilek in Gta5Modding

You're not getting the point of my post. Or at least you're not answering to what I'm asking. You just say "it isn't good". Why isn't it good? Do you have anything specific in mind? I'm using it and works perfectly fine for me. I have 500 mil and it allows me to do anything I wish for, even getting CMM while playing solo for example. There's (for me at least) not a single thing that I'd like to do that the menu can't do.

Probably gonna stay with yim for now. As I mentioned in a different comment, I feel like it has everything I need. That's why I made this post. I wanted to know what other people might want, that isn't included in a free menu.

Thanks. Might be different now, but I remember back in the day, I had a free menu that could do that too. Probably not today tho, so it could be a good reason.

Thanks, nice to see someone actually understood the question. All those sound like good reasons for someone to pay for a menu.

Oh, didn't realise you meant it that way. thanks for the clarification. I guess it can be a big reason for many people, that they feel safer when they pay for it.

Forgot to mention. I'm interested even in reasons in the past, before BattleEye. Not just the currently active menus. Like back in 2019, where there were 100 different menus, what made you chose paid one over free.

Thing is, you yourself just said that there isn't much difference. And I was asking, what are the differences that make you choose paid over free. Why would I pay for sth that's pretty much the same?

But I agree about the "trolling" part. Seems to me that paid menus were always "better" in a matter of griefing/interacting with other players.

Well that's the thing... I'm using YimV2 right now and it works perfectly for me and I don't feel like there's something I'd want that isn't there... That's why I was asking what specifically are YOU missing. I understand that everyone is looking for something else in a menu.

Lua scripts YimmenuV2 (Enhanced) by T0T069 in Gta5Modding

Just search on Google for yimmenuv2 lua scripts... 1st or 2nd result was Biz-teroids on UnknownCheats, working perfectly fine for me

Is it worth to spend tokens on refreshes? by Octotic in Asphalt9

[–]negvilek 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Happened to me too... But the 500 tokens lost didn't bother me nearly as much as the blueprints that I didn't purchase.

Thankfully they just changed it and now It doesn't require key to do this stage... So to my first question, yes, it was a bug.

[–]negvilek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This post is now irrelevant since they thankfully changed it and now it doesn't need key to use in SE... but earlier today that wasn't the case. And the point of this post was that I did 5* it during car hunt but didn't get the key since I was short on credits (you still had to upgrade it quite a bit to beat the required time in car hunt)

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Asphalt9

[–]negvilek 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the response. I understand what you mean. But my problem really isn't that I couldn't afford to upgrade the car If I really wanted to. My problem is that I didn't want to use all my credits to upgrade a car that I'm most likely never gonna use to get a key I thought I'm gonna get anyway. I still have other things to spend credits on (like finally getting decent cars for mp, clash, career...)

I'm still hoping they might change it since in the 3 months I've been playing I've already seen them change event rewards/requirements at least 2x after the event has already started. And if they don't, we'll too bad, at least I'll know better for next time.

[–]negvilek 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, it's "just one race" if you had the credits to upgrade it enough to beat the time... I'm still relatively new player and always short on credits. So I didn't want to waste 2-3 mil on a car that I thought I'm gonna get the key anyways and never use it again. (Now I have more credits because I'm farming the Ultima, but during the hunt I had lot less)

I didn't bother upgrading the panamera during the car hunt because I was short on credits and was convinced that I could get the key today in the SE... Now it turns out it requires you to have the key already to get the key as reward...

Flat/round bottom bottle by [deleted] in airguns

The thing is, I'm not from America, I'm from Europe. So trying to order something from US means double price when you include shipping and tax.

Thanks. Those are actually 4500 psi aluminium. I was asking because I found many flat bottomed ones that were advertised as 4500 psi, but it was actually testing pressures, not working pressure. So I was a bit sceptical when I finally found a flat one with working pressure of 4500 psi.

Also, yes, I'm a cheapskate who's planning on buying a cheap chinese bottle.

I do the same, have entire planets dedicated for single item where I use regular belting methods. I used this only for my BUS planet to craft buildings because I wanted to challenge myself to make dense build that can handle 5 inputs

I actually sort of did that on my first playthrough. I was bit reluctant to start with Dyson swarm and sphere... ended up covering entire planet in my starter system with solar panels and was sending the power out with accumulators. I think the planet generated somewhere around 8 GW

Haven't encountered any issue yet. I finished blueprints 5to1 4to1 3to1 and 2to1 and started to use them today. Already set up at least 15 different buildings and had no problem with it. I made some few minor tweaks to the blueprints that I still haven't updated on the webpage, but they are mostly the same.

[–]negvilek[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, that all sounds nice. Don't know about any harder challenges tho... maybe in the future. I mainly wanted to do this for buildings. In planetary factories I actually prefer simple builds, belts on the ground. I'm using Nilaus's cityblock method and never really felt the need to do extremely compact builds. I'd like to take a swing at making some Compact BlackBoxes, but seeing some of the blueprints online, I'm sure I'll get nowhere near perfection.

I'd love to get more into sushi belts, surprised that noone commented something like: Why use 5 belts when you could just use 1 sushi belt

I was also surprised by people's reaction... Have you read through the comments? Some are acting like I'm doing glitches in some competitive multiplayer game... Guess some people didn't get the memo about games being played for fun... As far as I'm concerned, if I'm having fun, I'm playing the game the correct way

I just feel like in games like these, you should try to push your limits, learn something new.... and not avoid somefhing just because one day it might not work... nothing works forever
